Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Barsol Primero Quebranta Pisco

  • 1.50 oz Blueberry shrub

  • .50 oz Lime juice

  • .75 oz Emulsified egg white

  • Angostura bitters

Directions

  • Shake all of the ingredients (except the bitters) with ice well to fully emulsify the egg
  • Strain into a small cocktail glass
  • Place several drops of the bitters on top of the foam.
