Ingredients

.50 Ounce Grey Goose Vodka
.50 Ounce Cointreau
3 Ounces Champagne
1 Ounce Pineapple Juice
2 Fresh pineapple wedges
Bordeaux cherry, for garnish

In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the pineapple piece and the Cointreau.
Add the vodka, Pineapple juice, and ice and stir.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top slowly with the Champagne.
Garnish with the cherry.
