Ingredients

  • 1 ounce 1 Cruzan aged rum

  • 1.50 ounces 1.50 Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Jamaica Rum

  • 1 ounce 1 Lemon Hart 151 proof Demerara Rum

  • 1 ounce 1 Joseph Cartron Curacao Orange

  • .50 ounces .50 John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

  • .75 ounces .75 Lime juice

  • .50 ounces .50 Don’s Mix

  • .25 ounces .25 Grenadine, Homemade or Store-bought

  • 2 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

  • 1 1 Dash of Absinthe

  • Half cup Half Cracked Ice

  • 1 Sprig 1 of fresh mint for garnish

Directions

  • Assemble all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender and blend for 7 seconds.
  • Pour into a chimney glass and garnish with the mint sprig.

  • To make Don’s Mix, dissolve 1 part cinnamon sugar into 2 parts white grapefruit juice.
