  • 1.50 Ounce Gin

  • 1 Ounce Lime juice

  • .75 Ounce Simple syrup

  • .75 Ounce Giffard creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)

  • Lime wheel for garnish

  • Fresh raspberries for garnish


  • Combine the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice in a shaker and shake well.
  • Strain into a double old fashioned glass over crushed ice.
  • Dribble the liqueur down through the ice, and garnish with a lime wheel and fresh raspberries.
