Ingredients

2 ounces Gin
.75 ounce Lemon Juice
.75 ounce Honey Syrup
Lemon Twist (For Garnish)
1 Egg white (optional)

Directions

Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup into your shaker. (Optional: to get a foam top, add an egg white to your shaking tin. Do a dry shake for 20 sec. and the move on to step two).
Shake with ice for 10 seconds
Strain with Hawthorne Strainer and Fine Mesh strainer into a coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
